Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

At Repo Dive, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our GitHub automation services.

1. Information We Collect

GitHub Data: We authenticate users via GitHub OAuth. We collect your public GitHub profile information (username, avatar, public email) and request permissions to act on your behalf to pull and commit to repositories.

Usage Data: We track your usage of the application, including the repositories you pull, your review history, and your configured interest profiles, in order to provide the core functionality of the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to:

  • Operate the daily cron jobs that push code to your GitHub account.
  • Send you weekly email digests outlining your activity.
  • Improve our repository discovery algorithm based on aggregated user preferences.

3. Security of Your Data

We use Supabase for secure database storage and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your data is strictly isolated. We do not store your raw GitHub password; we only store secure OAuth tokens provided by GitHub.

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and services (such as Vercel for hosting, Resend for emails, and Supabase for authentication) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.
