Repo Dive is not responsible for any actions taken by GitHub regarding your account.

3. Automated Actions & Liability

Repo Dive automates the process of pulling public repositories and committing them to a private repository on your account. While we strive to ensure the quality of the repositories pulled, we do not manually review the code we push to your account.

• You agree that you are solely responsible for the content that is pushed to your account by our automated systems.
• We are not liable for any malicious code, licensing issues, or copyright claims arising from the public repositories pulled by our service.

4. Intellectual Property

The original code pulled by our service belongs to their respective authors and is governed by their respective open-source licenses. Repo Dive's dashboard, branding, and proprietary algorithm are the intellectual property of Repo Dive.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
